From Greenville:
Traveling from Greenville, take Highway 25 South to Greenwood. From intersection of Highway 25 and 72 Bypass (Kmart, Walgreens, Exxon, Greenwood Mall), continue on Highway 25 through downtown Greenwood approximately 3 miles. Turn right on Epting Street at Walgreens toward Self Regional Health Care. Continue past hospital and Highway Department. Turn right at Helix Road at Industrial Park sign and continue down Helix bearing right at Children's Center at small sign that points toward Greenwood Genetic Center. USCOG is two-story brown brick building on the right.


From Columbia (through Newberry):
Traveling from Columbia west on Interstate 26, take Highway 219 exit to Newberry. Turn left onto Highway 76 at CVS Pharmacy in Newberry, go approximately one mile, then turn right at traffic light at sign pointing toward Greenwood. Stay on this road until it intersects with Highway 34. At this intersection turn left and stay on Highway 34 to Greenwood. Highway 34 ends at Main Street in Greenwood. Turn right onto Main Street and continue one half mile. Turn left on Epting Street at Walgreens toward Self Regional Health Care. Continue past hospital and Highway Department. Turn right at Helix Road at Industrial Park sign and continue down Helix bearing right at Children's Center at small sign that points toward Greenwood Genetic Center. USCOG is two-story brown brick building on the right.

From Columbia (through Saluda):
Traveling from Columbia west on Highway 378 to Saluda, from Saluda take Highway 178 (no turn required) to Greenwood. Turn right onto Highway 25 approximately six miles south of Greenwood. Stay on Highway 25 (becomes Main Street) into Greenwood. Turn left on Epting Street at Walgreens toward Self Regional Health Care. Continue past hospital and Highway Department. Turn right at Helix Road at Industrial Park sign and continue down Helix bearing right at Children's Center at small sign that points toward Greenwood Genetic Center. USCOG is two-story brown brick building on the right.
